Many-flowered jasmine

Jasminum multiflorum, known as many-flowered jasmine, is a member of the olive family, Oleaceae. It is also sometimes found under the older name Jasminum pubescens.

A twining, star-flowered shrub

As with others in the Jasminum genus, this is an evergreen or deciduous shrub that climbs by twining stems, carrying leaves that are usually pinnate. Its flowers are star-shaped, and in this genus they come in white, pink, or yellow, sometimes with a strong fragrance. Where flowers are followed by fruit, it takes the form of a black berry.
